Jackleg! What can say you about this? Jackleg is a completely independent label/community for the people involved in the "Punk" underground scene, currently Jackleg has released only one tape!(Tapes are all that Jackleg is releasing at this time due to finnacial instability) This tape being "Supergirls 100% Bunk Rock AKA "This is Bluebell Country!" is a live tape recorded in Corpus Christi, Texas in the summer of '97! We will soon be releasing tapes by serveral North Texas Punk/Hardcore bands!
What can I do?
If you are currently involed in the Punk/Hardcore scene your immeditly associated with Jackleg, consider it your label, if you play in a band and you want/need distribution in north Texas get in touch, send stuff to us we'll pay for the cost of recording it and we'll get it out to people with no cost or problem for you! If your band is associated with Jackleg and you need help booking shows in Texas that mean if you wanna play Dallas, Austin, Denton, Houston or anywhere get in touch! We'd be happy to help, this is a community! Also if you are intersted in playing in Texas and need a place get in touch we can try to help ya!
But we garauntee no one walk away from Jackleg un-happy, we are a group of caring individuals who want to make a good time of our time, we wanna put every band we can out in Texas. If you want to be heard get in-touch we WILL do it!
